Narayanganj Fire Service Deputy Assistant Director Fakhruddin said that 11 units of Demor, Kanchpur, Adamji EPZ and Kanchan Fire Station are working at the spot to control the fire at Gazi Tire Factory located in Rupsi.
Fire Service Headquarters Media Cell Officer Talha bin Jassim said that due to the inflammable materials of the infrastructure and tire production inside, the issue of bringing the fire under control and rescuing those trapped inside has become complicated. The fire service said that the cause and extent of damage will be known when the fire is completely under control.
