Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Abul Basunia repaired the pothole-filled road with the party leaders and workers in Panchgarh's Debiganj. At this time, the unpaved road through Sadar Union's Khair Bagan was renovated with the help of hundreds of activists.
According to local sources, the unpaved road between Khayer Bagan, Char Teesta Para of Ward No. 2 of Debiganj Sadar Union and Chilahati Para and Kamat Para of Ward No. 4 of neighboring Teprigonj Union is the only road for the movement of about 1500 people. Due to the movement of sand-laden trolleys for a long time, the road has become dilapidated in various potholes. During the rainy season it is muddy and during the dry season traffic is obstructed due to dust. The local people have been demanding the renovation of this unpaved road for a long time.
In view of the demands of the local residents, the unpaved road was renovated by the Jamaat-e-Islami of Debiganj Upazila.

A resident of Chilahati Para village. Mizanur Rahman said, "For the past few years, we have been informing the public representatives about the renovation of the road. But even though the roads in the neighboring areas are paved, we do not renovate this road for unknown reasons. Today, the road has been renovated by the Jamaat. This will facilitate the movement to some extent. "
Meanwhile, locals welcomed the initiative after photos and videos of a team leader volunteering to repair the road went viral on social media.
Amir Abul Bashar Basunia of Upazila Jamaat said, Bangladesh Jamaat Islami is a public welfare Islamic political party. Due to the poor condition of this road for a long time, the traffic of common people was suffering. So today the road has been renovated with hundreds of Jamaat leaders and activists. Such activities have been conducted before, and such public welfare work will continue in the future.
