The Prime Minister of Pakistan congratulated on the Independence Day

In a message sent to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has expressed his wishes on Independence Day.

The Pakistan High Commission in Dhaka gave this information in a post on their verified X handle (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday (March 26).

The Prime Minister of Pakistan said that Bangladesh and Pakistan have brotherly relations based on common values and common beliefs. Both countries can contribute to regional peace and stability by working together.

Shahbaz Sharif wished the Prime Minister good health and continued progress and prosperity of the people of Bangladesh.

Besides, President Mohammad Sahabuddin and President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari extended warm greetings to the people of Bangladesh on the occasion of Independence Day.
