Two arrested for firing at Bollywood star Salman Khan’s Mumbai home

Police have arrested two youths accused of attacking Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's house. The two men, identified as Vicky Saheb Gupta and Sagar Shiryogendra Pal, were arrested from a temple in Gujarat's Bhuj area. Both are residents of Bihar.


Mumbai police claim that they are members of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's group. Vicky Saheb and Siriyogendra rented two bikes from a place in Raigarh district of Maharashtra a few days ago. After that, they brought two bikes to the rented house of Salman's farm house in Panvel area. On the day of the incident on Sunday morning, they came in front of Salman's Galaxy apartment on that bike, fired four rounds and fled, the scene of which was caught on the CCTV camera of Salman's house.

A few hours after this incident, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi made another threat by accepting responsibility for the attack. Basically, the Mumbai police was left shaken. The two accused have been arrested. One of whom is 25 years old, the other is 22.

Meanwhile, after the attack on Salman's house, Mumbai police deployed 10 teams of crime branch outside the Galaxy apartment. Earlier, in March last year, an email came threatening to kill Salman Khan. The actor's fate will be similar to that of Sidhu Musewala, the message was written in that mail.


Mumbai Police later registered an FIR against Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar under sections 120-B (criminal conspiracy), 506-2 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code.
