The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has extended the application deadline for Hajj visa for Bangladeshi pilgrims till May 7 tomorrow. Earlier, the deadline for Hajj visa applications was set on April 29.

Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) President M. Shahadat Hossain Taslim said, Minister of Religion. The government of Saudi Arabia extended the term following Faridul Haque Khan's request.

The first Hajj flight from Dhaka to Saudi Arabia will start from next Thursday (May 9). Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate this year's Hajj program on Wednesday (May 8).
