The Meteorological Office has predicted a storm with a maximum speed of 60 km over 8 districts of the country including Dhaka.
Such information is known in the weather forecast for the inland river ports of the country from 4 pm to 1 am on Tuesday (May 14).

According to it, gusty winds of 45 to 60 km per hour may blow over Rajshahi, Pabna, Bogra, Dhaka, Tangail, Khulna, Mymensingh and Sylhet regions from west or north-west direction. Also there may be temporary rain or thundershower.
Ports in these areas have been asked to display a number one warning signal.
Meanwhile, mild heat wave has started again in seven districts of the country due to less rain. Meteorologists said that the extent of the heatwave may increase in the coming days.
