Bangladesh captain Jamal Bhuiyan was called up to Argentine club football. He joined Argentine third division side Sol da Mayo on a one-and-a-half-year deal. However, this footballer could not play for a long time. After joining last year, he had to leave the club after playing only four matches.

Jamal left the club in unilateral breach of contract due to non-payment. After that, the captain of the Bangladesh football team got a decision in his favor by applying to FIFA for dues.

On Wednesday (May 8), a major ruling came from FIFA's football tribunal. Judge Sol da Mayo of Brazilian Andre dos Santos Megale ordered a total of 162 thousand 980 dollars to Jamal's bank account, which is equal to 1 crore 90 lakh 2980 rupees in Bangladesh.

There is a salary of 12 thousand dollars for seven months. 5 percent interest will also be added. Which stands at 88 thousand 200 dollars. Besides, it has been decided to pay another 71 thousand 220 dollars to the club due to breaking FIFA law. 5 percent interest is also added there. Which is like 74 thousand 780 dollars. Sol da Mayo Club has been asked to pay this amount within the next 45 days.

Sol da Mayo could not present any documents on their behalf to the FIFA tribunal at trial. However, after such a verdict, the Argentine club is getting 10 days to appeal. The financial matters have been asked to be settled within the next 45 days. Otherwise, they will be banned from registering local and foreign players for three months.

34-year-old Jamal is quite happy to receive such a verdict from the FIFA tribunal. He said, "I went to play Sol da Mayato in Argentina with high hopes. I was there for a long time. But they didn't give me any money. So the contract had to be terminated midway. Come and complain to FIFA. Now I am very happy to get the verdict.

After that, Jamal added, "Actually, I didn't even think that they would do that." When I didn't get the money. Although there was a contract till October this year, I broke it due to mismanagement. I did not contact them again. After filing a complaint with FIFA through a lawyer, I finally got the verdict.
