90 percent of people in our country suffer from back pain at some point in their life. Short-term pain lasts less than a month and long-term or chronic pain lasts more than a month. 90 percent of patients get better within two months if proper treatment is taken on time. And I have not spoken of those who neglect. They know it themselves.

A pain is lumbar spondolysis. We all have five bones in our waist. Lumbar sponvolysis is called lumbar spondylosis if the bones of the lumbar spine wear down due to age or genetics. Another pain is PLID. It is also powerful. Usually, this pain is more common in people aged 25 to 40 years. Every human has a space between their bones. It is filled with palm-like discs. If the disc protrudes for some reason, it puts pressure on the nerve root. This can lead to back pain.

Apart from this there are several other reasons. In this back pain, note whether there is a history of major injury or not. If you have chest pain along with back pain, or if you have ever had tuberculosis, this pain should be given a little extra attention. Contact your doctor immediately.

Besides, there is a history of cancer, osteoporosis, AIDS, long-term use of steroid-like drugs, but can cause back pain. If there is such pain I would say don't ignore it at all.

Notice, besides the pain, fever, weight loss, lack of appetite, excessive sweating, etc. are there symptoms? Does the pain radiate beyond the waist to the leg, especially below the knee of one leg? Or feel severe pain or numbness in one leg? Be alert quickly, go to the doctor.

In addition to back pain, pay special attention to symptoms such as trouble urinating or defecating, numbness around the anus, curvature of the spine, weakness in the legs or stiffness of the leg muscles. These are not good signs. If you have any of the symptoms mentioned along with back pain, you should consult a doctor immediately. Never take back pain lightly. At first the pain is less and gradually it increases. Such is its character. In most cases, if you lie on your back, this pain will be reduced a little. Again, this pain increases if there is a slight movement in the waist. Pain in the legs may go down or up, legs may cramp or get stuck when walking. The pain may radiate down both legs or any one leg. Cramping and stiffness of lumbar muscles. Back pain increases during daily activities, such as praying, taking a bath in hot water, walking, etc. Let's talk about back pain and other issues.

At first there was little pain in the back, but gradually the pain increased. Sometimes the patient may not be able to walk. The pain sometimes spreads from the waist down to the legs. Feet are tingling. It may be difficult to wake up in the morning. Legs become numb and heavy. Leg strength decreases. Muscles contract occasionally.

I repeat. Focus on back pain. Consult a doctor if there is a problem.

Now let me tell you what you should do in the initial case. Always sleep on a firm, even bed. Do not sleep on foam beds and do not sit for long periods on soft foam sofas. Do not bend or bend your spine. Avoid lifting anything heavy on the neck. If absolutely necessary, try to lift the heavy object closer to the body without straining the waist. Regular physical i.e. manual work should be done. If there is no opportunity for physical labor, exercise or walking should be used as much as possible. A fat person should lose body weight. In all cases, weight should always be controlled. Do not stand or sit in the same place for long. Sleep upright while sleeping. Can't move much. While waking up, try to tilt to any side.

Mild pain should be treated with medication and full rest without neglect. You can benefit from hot steam on the waist. You can use different ointments for back pain. But it cannot be massaged. If the pain persists for more than three days, an orthopedist, physiotherapist or neurologist should be consulted. If the pain is severe, you should be admitted to the hospital as per the advice of the doctor.
Many people think that physiotherapy is very useful for pain relief. I would also say, correct. However, before that you should consult your doctor. Outdoor physiotherapy is given if there is less pain. Many people take different painkillers when they have back pain. That's not quite right. Back pain can be caused by various reasons. So it is necessary to take medicine with doctor's advice.

According to physiotherapy experts, there is no drug yet that will make your muscles longer, stronger and increase your joint mobility.
