After the attack, the injured were taken to Mirwais Hospital in Kandahar. AFP confirmed this information citing the doctors of that hospital.

Kandahar police said in a statement that the attack took place at the cash counter of the government-controlled Kabul Bank office on Thursday afternoon. All the dead were civilians. They came to the bank to withdraw their salary.
Several armed groups are currently active in Afghanistan, including the Islamic State of Khorasan (ISK), the main rival of the ruling Taliban group. However, it is still unclear who carried out the attack. No individual or group has yet issued a statement claiming responsibility for the attack.
