According to local sources, the unpaved road between Khayer Bagan, Char Teesta Para of Ward No. 2 of Debiganj Sadar Union and Chilahati Para and Kamat Para of Ward No. 4 of neighboring Teprigonj Union is the only road for the movement of about 1500 people. Due to the movement of sand-laden trolleys for a long time, the road has become dilapidated in various potholes. During the rainy season it is muddy and during the dry season traffic is obstructed due to dust. The local people have been demanding the renovation of this unpaved road for a long time.
In view of the demands of the local residents, the unpaved road was renovated by the Jamaat-e-Islami of Debiganj Upazila.
