University Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) Professor Dr. went to Finland to buy elevators for various buildings under construction in Dhaka University (DU). A delegation of four members including Sitesh Chandra Bachar.

The other members of the delegation are - Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology of the University. Sources in the administrative building said the delegation traveled to Finland at the contractor's expense to visit the industry as designated members of the 2nd Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) team for the purchase of elevators by the Vice-Chancellor. On this occasion, the university administration has also granted them leave for a certain period.
